The 3rd International Scientific Conference “Green Taxonomy for Sustainable Development: From Green Technologies to Green Economy” will be held on May 21, 2026, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The conference continues the academic and interdisciplinary tradition established by previous CONGREENTAX events. It brings together scholars, researchers, policy experts, engineers, economists, environmental specialists, financial analysts, and practitioners to discuss contemporary approaches to sustainable development, green taxonomy, green technologies, and the transformation of economic systems towards low-carbon and environmentally responsible models.
The central idea of the conference is to examine how green taxonomy can serve as a scientific, regulatory, financial, and managerial framework for identifying, classifying, and supporting activities that contribute to sustainable development. Particular attention is given to the role of green technologies, renewable energy, environmental protection, resource efficiency, ESG transformation, sustainable agriculture, green construction, and green finance.
The conference is designed as an international forum for academic exchange, presentation of research results, discussion of applied solutions, and development of interdisciplinary cooperation in the field of sustainable development.
